Due to the ongoing pandemic, deliveries to all countries are affected. Orders outside of Europe can take up to two months to arrive.

All handmade goods will be shipped with with tracked shipping.

BAHAMAS, BOLIVIA, ERITREA,EQUATORIAL, GUINEA HAITI, HONDURAS, LAOS, LIBERIA, LIBYA, MAURITANIEN, MAYOTTE, SAINT BARTHELEMY, SAINT MARTIN (french part), SAINT PIERRE AND MIQUELON, SOMALIA, SYRIA, TRINIDAD & TOBAGO, VENEZUELA, YEMEN

We ship worldwide from Sweden!

Orders will be sent out in 3-5 business days after order date, sometimes it may take longer due to order load.

Average shipping times:
1-3 days within Sweden
1-2 weeks within Europe
1.5-3 weeks to the rest of the world.

Shipping price includes shipping fee, packaging materials and processing time.

Combined Shipping
If you would like to add something to your current order or have made two separate orders and wish to combine them please send me an email at info@milkybon.com with your order number(s). This is for unprocessed orders only. Some items, like larger or heavier ceramic pieces, are not advised to be combined due to restricted parcel sizes. In this case shipping separately may be cheaper.

Returns & Cancellations
I do not accept any returns or exchanges. In the event that your order arrives damaged, a valid photo proof must be presented within 3 days upon recieving and will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

I run a small business and it would be greatly appreciated if you are sure of your order before making a purchase, however, if you wish to cancel please do so within 24 hours of ordering.

Duties & Taxes
All parcels subject to import duties and tax charges are the responsibility of the customer. Custom policies varies by country and is not something that I have control over.
